I withdrew my collectible through the wrong network or to the wrong wallet address? What can I do?

When purchasing a digital collectible, we generate a unique token ID stored on UCOLLEX which keeps a record of metadata such as the title of the collectible, its visual asset (which is also locked on IPFS.io), and information about who owns that asset.
